Not direct fit item!
This radiator koyo HH012827 is not a direct fit for 84-95 Toyota pickups with 22re. Mounting holes are so far off that lower hose will sit/rub the radius arm brace. Will have to cut hood brace to clear cap once holes are modified to clear lower hose.

Direct fit just a little close
Went on perfectly only thing is I had to cut the fan shroud a little to fit it.
