It is amazing how small the original radiator is...the Mishimoto is not only MUCH better quality, it has greater volume and cooling abilities. It look a little bit of fabrication to the original fan shroud framimg, but all went well if you just take your time with the installation. Much better cooling than stock - looks great
It's a nicely made piece that brightens up your engine bay. The increased capacity over stock fixed all my overheating issues. Pretty straight forward to fit but be aware that very early '99s (like mine) have AC lines that interfere with the lower rad mount on the passenger side and need to be bent down by ~0.5 -1 inch before the unit will fit (yes I transferred the rubber grommets and everything!)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great radiator
Bought this to replace the original unit which had developed a leak between the upper tank and the cooling fins. Twice the cooling capacity and all aluminum tank housing compared to the plastic original. Wished it Worked Out
Might have just been a "one-off" issue, but everything was great except the aluminum drain plug was stripped and cross threaded into place from the manufacturer. It ultimately leaked and caused me to need to park the miata until i can get it warrantied potentially. But otherwise it was great looking and seemed to be promising.
