I bought this book looking for a guide on how to make an eating lifestyle change. It is a great source of information and has many testimonials that motivate a continuous reading. The only dislike is that being a paperback reprint the letters are small and the book is so tight leaving no space for notes. This book is a daily reference so if u like to write on it and look up recipes in a daily basis consider a bigger stronger version.

I bought this for a friend, I love my copy. The eating plan she was put on sounds just like this one. She's happy to have this for reference and is going to give one to her Dr.of Chiropractic, who put her on the plan to solve her health problems. He's looking forward to reading it.
