Awesome book!
Saw a preview kinda thing in runners world and decided to buy it. One of the best books i've ever read. Simply amazing! Bart Yasso has now become a hero of mine. I would recommend this book to anyone, not only runners. Worth the money! Read it once and will read it again! Thanks Bart Yasso!
