VW Angled Oil Filler
The angled oil filler worked well with Redline dual carb linkage setup in my car. The angle makes oil filling convenient. If the user uses a oil breather collector and depending on where the breather is placed, a 90 deg elbow may be needed to run the hose from the angle unit to the breather collector. In my application, the breather collection is set against the firewall, so a elbow was needed. This Part Needs Needs a Redesign
The basic design is good, but the vent system needs work. I am going to weld up a boss on the back side for where the existing vent nipple screws in and then drill and tap it to take a 1/2 pipe tread fitting. Will then use a 1/2 mpt x 3/4" hose elbow as a fitting which will allow the use of the original size vent hose.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
