I haven't fully integrated this into my project yet (fermentation temperature controlled chamber) but have tested it on the bench. The small fan blows out cold air, and the large fan hot. Takes a bit more current to get started but when running it drops down maybe 500 ma from the peak of about 4 amps. (most of that is the peltier device) The large fan is not mounted to the heat sink like it looks in the picture, the screws are just wedged a bit in between the fins (the smaller one is mounted the same way, but the fins are stiffer, and the wedging is effective.) I think drilling some holes in the side flaps and using long screws is probably what I'll end up doing. It's pretty cheap, effective, and I don't know if others are better, but I'd buy it again (and I may!)

I use this to cool a very small display case. The case is too large for one to cool adequately so I have ordered another. Good quality.

Don't. Want to send back. Too much of a hassle to return. A bigger srew will fix the problem. And better packaging would been needed.
