This is a Micro-Trains 03044241 N Scale Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway (CIC)/ex-SNC 50' Rib Side Double Doors Boxcar w/o Roofwalk #8006. This double door boxcar with Roller Bearing trucks was built in the early 1980s by Pullman Standard. It was previously owned by the Seattle & North Coast Railroad, but eventually it made its way into the Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Railway fleet of boxcars. Known as the CRANDIC, this Class III railway was formed in 1904 and has around 60 miles of track within Iowa. It serves a number of large industrial and agricultural companies..
