I really like these Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Plus-Turmeric Tablets that has aided in the relief of pain in my shoulder and ankle joints. The only thing that I don't like is that you has to take at less 6 tablets to get the relief. Would like if smaller amount with the same effect. If you experiencing joint pain I would recommend these to provide relief.
