This building model in the authentic »Lost Places« style contains architectural elements of the former Aprath health clinic near Wülfrath in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Mettmann. It can also represent an abandoned hotel or former factory building and can therefore be used universally. The weathered plaster has a super-realistic 3D look. The matt surface has a rough character in terms of look and feel, which is true to the model. Winter garden, doors and windows of the abandoned building are made of real wood.
