VERY gentle on tummy!
until now I could only take herbal iron because iron hurts my stomach so bad with problems with my pancreas and malabsorption but I heard good things about this and thought I'd give it a try and I'm pleasantly surprised it worked so well causes no stomach upset and I've had no issues with it. I bought this at the suggestion of someone who said it was a really good iron supplement. What I discovered, after I used it a few days, was that it helped me sleep better. I have run out of this product and have had a difficult time sleeping again, so I am really sure it is Hemaplex that helped me sleep. I have definitely ordered more.
