Full featured Android phone at an excellent price. Durable, reliable, trouble free. 4,000 milliamp battery loses charge fairly fast even when phone is not in use unless user remembers to manually turn off power hungry utilities such as wifi and/or bluetooth. Battery must be factory replaced due to complexity at a minimum cost of $200 after less than two years. Form factor length has been increased with no notable added value and loss of storage convenience in pockets compared to similar earlier models. Users manual is not helpful for many setup items like transferring addresses and frequently used apps. Comes with Sprint network sim card which enables use on many different phone plans some of which are least expensive in market.

first of all, this phone does not work on any carrier correctly (even on sprint as no 5G). it is a phone that is totally unsupported due to it's niche placement and timing of the merger between sprint and t-mobile. all the reviews raving about this phone are from those who are ignoring it's functionality. call quality is poor and so is signal strength is intermittent and there is also no 5G connectivity even if it shows on the bar when the bandwidths are not supported etc. there are just major issues with this phone and all i've had is headaches trying to get this phone up to snuff properly. no carrier wants to deal with this phone either, including lg. no one knows or cares about this phone either. take it into any carrier and they will treat it like the step-child of smartphones. i am so angry at this point. LG does not heavily market itself compared to Apple or Samsung. However, their choices of components and compromises totally fit what I need and make more sense. This is the early 2019 flagship level of a smartphone, supporting faster 5G cellular technology. Its main attraction point is its excellent 538 PPI density screen, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and upgradability with a microSD card. Comparing its widely available cousin LG Velvet, it is a lot more pleasing to watch videos or read social media feeds on it for a longer period of time. It offered professional-grade Meridian Audio, I have yet to notice much difference but recording vocals and playing music is satisfactory in my standard. I have used it for a month, the only imperfection I noticed is sometimes when I touch it, it is not always accurate to the point. This does not affect all apps I daily use, could be app-specific not really the phone itself. Read full review

An amazing phone especially for the amount of value you are getting. This phone has an amazing processor, good RAM, good camera, and a headphone jack with Hi-Fi Quad DAC. What more could you ask for? I had a V20 before this and will continue to have LG phones if they keep making them like this.
