The beginning chapters, describing how the diet works and how much fat, protein, etc. to have daily were very helpful. However, I found that many of the recommended meals were unrealistic for the average person. Some of the foods, I have never heard of, and others I would have to find a specialty store in order to purchase them. I have found several menu suggestions that are fairly simple, or can be adjusted to fit into my budget, and am working mainly with them.

The book is very thin and I was really hoping for more information on a beginning phase of Keto diet and what to expect. The title is Keto Diet for Beginners but there was very little information on starting the diet. The book was mostly recipes with no level of carbs fats ect in the recipes. Very disappointed.

Full of typos. Everything in this book can be looked up with a Google search from home. Don’t expect to learn a lot about being “Keto” from this book in the first few pages.
