Good for home use, easy to assemble
Nice set up for home use, just not crazy how the uprights on the squat rack fasten to the lower supports. Uses one big bolt and nut on one side of the upright and 4 small screws on the other that are pretty weak. They should have used the large bolt and nut on both sides. This apparatus is a lightweight, and will not stand up to the rigors of every day use.
The thickness of steel in its construction is far too thin. The leg extension pads are situated for a person under five feet tall as your heels hit the front bench support crossbar on the negative rep.The pads themselves will probably need to be replaced twice yearly under moderate use. The sheet metal hinge and pivot bolt have excessive play and slide out of plane of motion with a clunk and will shortly be egg shaped and need to be repaired if possible. The uprights need bracing in the plane parallel to the bar limiting the weight you can safely place gently on them, forget about dropping any weight after a forced rep.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Solid Home Workout Solution
Very solid construction and a great solution for those wanting to workout at home as an alternative to a public gym. The leg extension feature is great when you're sitting up but I've found laying flat face down on the bench to perform leg curls is a bit challenging due to the confined distance between the weights and the placing of your legs. There could be some improvement in that area. Because the pins have to be screwed in to remove or reposition any part of the unit it isn't as fast to move between any exercises that require you to do that; so it can be just a little cumbersome if you're used to moving swiftly but not that bad of a trade-off. Not good for a powerlifter
This set is not too bad though it could stand to be a bit more sturdy but I like lifting heavier weight. Also note it's only good for a total weight of 610lbs on the bench and bottom half sit doesn't tilt on incline
