Installation
I was very pleased with how easy these guards were to install, Depending on how your shingles are installed they just slide along the drip cap and you place them where they need to be and snap in place. the way my shingles were installed on one side of my home i had to trim the guard back a bit and then it went like a breeze, So great. I need to get more to complete the gutter run. Great price for this item though is is made with plastic but does not work on pine needles.
This gutter guard really does not work. I have pine needles not leaves. While it keeps the them out of the gutter, they quickly plug up the holes and the rain water just runs over the front of the gutter. You could get the same effect by not having any gutters. May work better on leaves though.

These turned out better than I really expected. They are of good quality. We'll see how long they last being exposed to the weather. Often sunlight causes plastic to deteriorate pretty fast. These were easy to install; they slipped right under the bottom row of shingles easily and the other end snapped right on to the edge of the gutter for a snug fit. The product is as described. Compared to other products offered by contractors, its the same. The $35 dollars I spent to cover all my gutters along with 2 hours of snap in place installation was easy. For a contractor to charge $2000 for same or similar product is not so worth it. As it is apparent you would pay a contractor for labor, insurance, and overhead expenses which are all built into the price. I know, because I was A Homebuilder. Gutter Guards
I just installed these on my new 24' shed. We'll see how they are after a period of time. I put them on 5" aluminum gutters. I did have to trim them to width so they would fit under the shingles and on top of the drip edge. I also had to trim them to go over a seam connection.
