The joints feel so tight it feels like you might break the figure while bending an arm or knee. That exact thing actually happened to me when I bought this item some time ago. I since replaced it with a brand new one. My advice is to slowly but firmly work the joints. Maybe heat the figure with a hairdryer beforehand. If any of the joints feels totally locked, do not try to force it, instead ask for a replacement.

Cons: Color off, lacking all the accessories from the movie, waist looks too thin, not the best movement, not the best gun posability. Parts of sculpt inhibit some movement Pros: Its a big damn War Machine!, good paint, and good build for the price point, and some surprise articulation Overall: Happy to have it, fun the play with, some nice looking paint. The thinking is this was a design given to Hasbro before the final of the movie, hence the color, the name and other strangeness. The HT 1/6 version has a similar waist ratio, so maybe that is from Marvel as well? My whole thing with all Iron Man figures, is they should all have the ability to go palms up-ish for repulsor blasts, and this is another that requires more imagination to get there, but for $22 bucks, I'm not giving it back and not letting my toddler touch it :)Read full review
