    Worth it.

Although there are several negative reviews of this magazine on the various forums, I found that they are reliable, operate as designed and definitely a great value for range and practice purposes. I haven't shot them enough to trust them for my EDC magazine but that may change shortly.

    Works so-so

Went to the gun range today to try out this new magazine for my LC9S. Magazine does not want to eject easily or properly when hitting the mag release on the gun and EVERY time I loaded the magazine when it got to the 7th round - it FTF. Gun locked back and had to eject magazine with last cartridge in it - re-seat the last cartridge load it back in gun and then it will shoot. Don't know if it's the spring with not enough power or if it's the follower or combination of the two. Saw good reviews for ProMag magazines - thought I'd give it a try as my gun only comes with 1 magazine and on average an actual OEM Ruger magazine is twice the price... should have known. Live and learn. Next trip to the gun range maybe I'll just load it with 6 cartridges and see if it still messes up... Hmmm... : )

  • It Works

Today I used my ProMag and I could not tell the difference between the Ruger and the ProMag. I asked the gun range instructer what their opinion was and all they could say was that there is a difference between the LC9, LC9s and the LC9s Pro. So if you have the One that is not desined for your gun it might not work.

  • Ruger LC9

Fits the gun well and seems to work but I haven't used it for shooting yet. Price was good and it's quality made.

  • Can't tell the difference

I could not find any difference from the original Ruger mag that came with the weapon and the Pro Mag product I ordered other than the name etched on the side. This included taking both apart and thoroughly cleaning both. Same functioning on the range. The material, finish, and quality of manufacturing seemed identical.

  • good so far...

Solid, well make clips at a good price. They were well-packed, arrived as pictured and described. Hadn't had the chance to use them yet, so will have to follow up on value and durability. So far, pleased customer.

  • Performed better than expected.

I was very nervous about getting a magazine that wasn’t Ruger Brand and so cheap because they rarely fit well, and hardly ever flush with the grip. But this magazine does both, and performed perfectly. No jams, the slide didn’t get hung up on the magazine, everything is to spec. I love it.

  • Pretty good but wouldn't depend on it for my life

It's a good range magazine, but I wouldn't use it for EDC. Occasionally failed to feed initially but improved after 100 rounds or so. The bottom is a bit sharp so it made a blood blister while I was loading it lol. But its not a bad alternative to OEM if just using it for snap cap practice or range.
