We were so tired of those tiny alarm clocks made in China. Every single one is hard to set up and all buttons have multiple items to set. Most do not go backwards for when you over set the time or alarms - they loose time anyway. So you see what you are up against. Bose Wave Radio - even a used Bose is fantastic. It works the way an AM/FM stereo Alarm Clock should work. Easy to set, the volume is clear and crisp, and it doesn't loose time. Incredible sound from a small alarm clock radio!
Great sound and easy to use and set up. The only negative I might add, is that the display light automatically dims when you turn out the lights, which isn't all that bad if you don't like bright displays while you are sleeping, but the light is so dim that it is nearly impossible to see what time it is.
