This is a great replacement for the one I have that is wearing out after many years of use. There is one issue however. There is a neon power on (brewing) light that doesn't work. It doesn't affect the brewing but I can't tell when it is done brewing because the light is always off.

The spouse has used this brand of tea maker for close to 30 years. The body finally burned out. The one we ordered certainly works. Unfortunately, the "on" button is much harder to push than was the original. For someone with arthritis, that's an issue. But, not as big as having it. Outside of that, this was a good purchase.

This is one of the best ice tea makers there is. My parents got one for their wedding. Meanwhile, 30 years later, it’s still brewing tea. I wanted one so I got one from eBay and it works just like theirs. Amazing and makes great tasting tea!

I have had three of these ice ta makers and I love the fact they are so easy to use and they make a great pitcher of ice tea. My only concern about this one is the base gets hot and I'm not sure it suppose to.

This is a replacement for the same item I've used for years. Makes great tea! The pitcher eventually stains, but a little soak with a dishwasher pod cleans it all up.
