This is my first Drone. Takes minutes to set up with the F18 quick start instructional guide. Read all the instruction's, took this Drone outside and within 5 minutes I was seeing My 20 acre parcel from up above. I love this Drone and would definitely recommend this Drone to anyone looking to getting into this great sport of flying drones...5 STARS..!

Great product, especially for a novice. Never flew anything other than a kyte! Got it off the ground, took fantastic pictures and videos, landed without a problem. Flew easily in 20 mph winds without a worry. Even a friend who owns more expensive drones costing in the $500 to over $1,000 loved it so much he has now added the Contixo F18 to his collection of drones. The only improvement I could suggest is for the company to add anti crash software to this great looking drone. Lots of fun and can even make money with it. IE checking roofs for damage after storms or use in wedding pictures. Can't find a thing wrong with it. Well worth the price!

My first instinct was to stay away from anything marked “Refurbished”. I should have followed that instinct. The Drone arrived in a few days and there was only one problem. Something was wrong with the slot where you insert an SD card. There was no way to lock the card into the slot, so I cannot use that feature. Aside from that, everything else worked perfectly and I decided not to make an issue of it. From now on I will only buy “New”.

I have owned 2 Contixo F18 Drones. The first one took off at "lighten speed" and the return to home button did not work. It was lost not to be found. I purchased a second one since I already had equipment I could use for the replacement. When I could not get the "follow me" and "orbit" modes to work, I contacted Contixo support. I was informed that these modes are not part of the Contixo F18 Drone. Here is the reply I recieved. "Support (Contixo) Jul 14, 2021, 11:10 PDT Hello David, There is no way to activate those features. Many of the listings for the F18 are wrong in showing that the drone supports those features. Our recommendation is if you just purchased this drone and wanted those features would be to return it as there is no way from the app to enable them. A good quality drone with an excellent camera and GPS. Easy setup and straightforward controls. You can fly it as soon as battery is charged. Tested return to home feature and it landed within 6 feet of takeoff point. Battery Life is between 15-20 minutes, GPS enables the drone to retain stability even in winds, Includes a carrying case; only downside is to fit in the case you need to remove props. Highly recommended.
