Versatility and build quality
This lens is well built, sharp, affordable, and so very versatile! You can use this for landscape, Astral, real estate, wedding groups, indoor family lifestyle, and so much more. It's great in low light, so perfect for situations like a wedding where you may not be permitted to bring lighting, it can focus anywhere from 4 inches from a subject, or it can capture an entire room. Focusing is fast, faster for sure than sony 1.8 primes. You really can't go wrong with this. I can see this lens being on my camera pretty often!
