Good quality swivel casters.
Put these casters on a table saw base I built for my Craftsman vintage saw, I like to bring things back to life, instead of having the in a landfill somewhere. My saw itself weights over 300 pounds these casters lock down tight and roll easily.

They roll smoothly and are sturdy. Worked well for our table dolly at church, but had to remove the brake because it stuck out too far and would not allow it to swivel 360 degrees.
