The Space Saver Dryer Vent is a good option for a stackable washer and dryer configuration, keeping the space behind the appliances less cluttered. However, the vent attachment that connects to the dryers exhaust vent, is a little to short and makes tightening the clamp for a tight seal very difficult. Purchasing an extension adapter would be a viable option that would make it easier to connect the vent to the dryer, but it would have been more appropriate to have had another two inches on the upper pipe. Having said that, this product does the job that I needed it to and I am satisfied on most of its design and performance.

Welding wasn't airtight, needs some duct tape to fix. Overall weight was very light, like a foil pie pan, not very strong, just be careful with it. I was able to use it here, just expected better quality. Try to find a steel one if you can.

This is a versatile duct to help in tight spots. I used it differently than most, but in my application it was exactly what I needed, saving about 6" in space. It lets my toolbox in the garage hug the wall closer.

Wasy way to eliminate the ugly stretchy pipe going up your wall. If you have a dryer outlet that is high on the wall, this is the way to go...I was able to move my dryer back 6 inches and now the washer and dryer sit side by side and look wonderful. Excellent product!!! Made my laundry room look so much bigger!

This product allows the use of the proper cross sectional area required for most dryer outlets but in a constricted space. Most appliance stores will not allow the installation of a dryer and will not cover the warranty unless it meets the required x-sectional exhaust area,
