Got it for Mom.
Works great, and there is a light on it that shows when there's an incoming call. Sound quality is good. Now she can hear what the telemarketers and survey droids have to say! From my end of things, the price was very reasonable. If you look around, you will find amplified telephones that cost a lot more (like 10X the price). Its a great product for people who have a hard time hearing
I bought it for my Dad because He has a hard time hearing other people on the Phone and it gives him some adjustment to the sound of the ringer and other people's voices. This is a great landline product, and they are getting harder to find. Good weight, so does not fall easily, and sturdy, so does not break easily either.
