The cable actuating arm was installed 18...
The cable actuating arm was installed 180 degrees backwards, I was able to install it correctly with no problem. The two squeeze rivet shop heads next to the Key Lock Cylinder hole prevented the retainer clip from being installed. I had to cut the rivet shop heads. One of the light bezel retaining pins is broken so the bezel is not seated snugly to the bracket. Otherwise, It now looks and works fine.
