This is a really great C.D. The first disc covers many common sleep remedies and whether or not they really work. The second disc is the practice sessions. They are designed to not only help you fall asleep but to help you relax after work, at "dusk time" before bed and also to help you wake up mindfully. What I really like about the C.D. is it helps you to relax and to not get so upset about your sleeplessness. However, it is not a total insomnia cure. The practice session addressing unwanted waking during the night doesn't seem to help me a lot of the time. I would definitely still give this C.D. a try.
