We've had this flagpole up for a bit over a week now and no problems. We live in a windy area and it's holding up well. The flag is very nice. The pole was easy to assemble and we sunk the base in concrete as directed. The pieces go together easily, it's sturdy and looks good to boot!

the flagpole is made with medium gauge aluminum and the sections fit well. The draw back is the 3x5 flag. It is a cheap thin material and it seems because of that the flag goes nuts even in a 2 mph breeze. They should increase the price and supply a better grade of flag

pro: works. Good value for the money con: forget the setscrew on the truck; drill holes for 3 or 4 screws for secure mount con: discard the thin 18-in plastic sleeve, and substitute with 24-inch PVC pipe (available at Home Depot). (match inside diameter) con: substitute the plastic-like cleat with a decent metal cleat. con: enclosed flag is garbage. Buy a decent nylon flag with embroidered stars for about $30.00 con: dig 12-in to 16-in dia x 29-in deep hole, 23-in for sleeve (leave 1-in of sleeve above grade) + 3-in sand + 3-in gravel, then mix and pour concrete from 2ea. 80 lbs bags of 4,000 or 5,000psi Quickrete; NOT A QUICK AND EASY TASK FOR WHIMPOS.

Easy to set up. replaced the plastic ground pipe with a heavier pvc pipe. Other than that it's a great do it yourself project. tt handles two flags without any trouble. In very strong winds I'd recommend lowering or removing the flag.

Impressed with the pole. It has stood up to some strong winds that we get when the afternoon storms bliw through. Wish I had bought the taller unit as the company does not sell just one section.
