About this product

Product Information

It is the distant future, a time when droids do battle. You control a Spiderdroid whose job it is to capture a building by covering it with Droidweb. From your side view perspective, all you can see of the building are its girders. As you maneuver your Spiderdroid around each girder, laying down strands of web, swarming Birdroids will chase after you. If you get cornered, you can cast a magic spell, rendering the Birdroids temporarily invisible and harmless.

After you capture the first building by covering every inch of girder with webbing, you must use a Mummydroid to capture the next one, which is guarded by Skeledroids. After you capture the first two buildings, you move on to new structures with faster, smarter droid opponents. Spiderdroids and Mummydroids alternate in successive battles. With the exception of color scheme, each building is identical in design.

Each droid you control is capable of casting just four magical spells. Every 1,200 points or so (it varies), the enemy droids temporarily turn into helpless "droidids," which you can eat for bonus points.

  • A fine game.

This game is very similar to Amidon. It’s ok. Not bad. Not great. The graphics are good. And the sounds are neat.
