I wanted to use this video for a class on violence in the workplace. It advertised a discussion on hostile patients in overcrowded waiting rooms, but it showed very little. The video does not discuss how the hospital handles upset patients so it was of little use. It does discuss how the doctors handle overcrowding from police officers worried about their fellow officers, but only to the extent that one doctor asks a high ranked officer to send the others away. I was hoping for something more informative about procedures and safety. But without that expectation, the documentary was fine.
I liked the fact it is real life, is how it is seen on real life. I didn't like they have their own point of view and they don't let you decide for yourself what to believe or not. But is good, recommended.
