a lead replacement
I wanted to save weight. I used an Optima red top with 4/0 copper cables for many years. This ATX-20 starts my 500 cuin 16:1 engine faster with #4 copper cables than a new Optima rated at 900CCA. My engine is a total loss so amp hour was a concern. The starter pulls 225 amps, fuel pump at six amps, and ignition at eight amps. I run for 4 minutes max and the battery only drops only a tenth of a volt during the run. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get the exact specification of the Antigravity battery. When the battery arrived the label stated different specifications than the web sight or any other documentation. Short story, it works. There is no question about recommending this battery for any competition. Now to see if it lasts as long as claimed.

big inch battery
I have a 120 inch motor 11.5 to 1 and it spins it over like no other , even a large car battery doesn't come close to the power of this battery. I will NEVER have any other battery! Mike.
