Fine product!
The Samsung DVD/VCR combo I purchased was used, but it arrived looking brand new. Virtually no scuffs or visible wear to be seen. Every feature works perfectly. The picture quality is fine. The remote was included & it works flawlessly. The only feature that disappointed me is that the remote does not have an eject button (for either the DVD or VCR.) The eject button is prominent on the face of the actual unit, which is good, but I'm spoiled by having had an eject button on my previous remote. Oh well, I think I'll live. Overall, I feel like this was money well spent. It came in mint condition was wrapped and packaged like it was brand new. I came with all of the paperwork. It had batteries in the remote control. So easy to use my father-in-law is 79, I got this for him. He has a lot of vhs tapes, and a few dvd's. He was very impressed that I got this online. I would order again. I got this to replace the identical model which I had for several years but whose VCR part got jammed up and no longer worked. This one works just fine. I only deducted one of the "stars" in the rating here because one of the plugs in the back is severely bent to one side. Luckily for me, it's not a plug I use with my current set-up.
