The unit does not come with a remote control.

This DVD player can play video file formats such as DVD, DVD+RW, DVD+R, and VHS tapes. Audio file formats that can be played on this device include CD, CD-R, and CD-RW. MP3 files can also be played on this Sanyo DVD player. The Sanyo DVW-6100 does not feature a progressive scan, but comes complete with virtual surround sound. A standard remote control is included with this DVD player. This unit also has an analog stereo output as well as a TV Guardian foul language filter on both the DVD as well as the VCR components. This Sanyo DVD player also includes a tuner that many units do not include. This device is also very easy to program. Used VCR is a hit with handicapped user
We have been looking for a good used VCR that enables both DVD and Video tape playing. My mentally challenged son is able to use this after having help setting it up from his brother and loves it as he has a lot of VHS tapes and DVD that he can now use again. He also like that he can shut it off and on and adjust the volume with the remote from his bed. I like it b/c it has an appealing look. The set up was made easy with the instruction book and remote that came with it. Thank you to the owner who took good care of it and then was willing to sell it. Worn
The unit obviously looks worn and tattered but it works ok it doesn't have a remote control nor does it have the ability to rewind the VHS tape I realize I could just as easily add a few dollars to it and buy a brand new one from Walmart so that's what I'm going to do next time. Just What Our Family was looking for!!!
It arrived on time. Everything works great. I had to find out how to set the tv guardian mode. It has provided our family to watch movies that we wouldn’t have watched because of the offensive language. Good Combo Unit
The Sanyo was very easy to set up & programming, for have a convertor for the tv.
