Very nice unit, wish it came with a remote
Anyone who claims these new-fangled radios are easy to use is seriously deluded. After purchasing and installing this unit, I went ahead and ordered the remote control for it as I did not want to leave my phone sit there for everyone to use. Many positives though: it has a rear USB connection. This is a positive because I can hook an iPod up to it and leave it out of sight. Whereas those units with the front USB I can't do that and it becomes another reason to break in and steal it. Another, although it has the changing colors the instructions for controlling or setting it is in the first few pages of the owner's manual. This unit replaced a different brand and their explanation for changing or controlling the colors was found deep in the Owner's Manual and in a font so small, it required the use of a magnifying glass. Perhaps some of these manufacturers are not interested in the over 60 crowd to market to.
