I use this machine daily at work and it has been faithful to me. The keys have a solid feel and good spacing for quick typing. Just about every function you'll need is on there including square root, tax, and memory functions. I've used other machines that feel cheap, flimsy, and move around. This product stays in place while typing on it. I have replaced the ink ribbon and it's a little bit tricky. After a few smudged fingers, the ribbon was in and working.
