    Quite pleased

If you follow the instructions, it's easy to use, and it brews 2 cups that taste and look just like the expensive barista-pulled ones at a coffee shop. The crema is an added bonus. Tip: If you put your milk in a jar, shake it up, and microwave it, you end up with a nice simulation of steamed milk to pour together with your delicious coffee.

    Brikka 4 cup

I have been trying to make a decent espresso with my little pot for weeks. I've viewed multiple "how to" videos, ground through 2 bags of beans, used cold water, hot water, bottled room temp water, high heat, low heat and even bought a new filter. The valve consistently sticks and the coffee tastes burned. I'm not saying this isn't my fault, but I'm kind of over it. Bummed.

  • Destiny

If you want a very forgiving, easy to use, deliciously practically espresso factory, get a moka pot. If you seek perfection that rivals and often surpasses commercial neighborhood espresso stands the Brikka is your tool. If you fail the crema test, your consolation is a damn fine flavorful "pull". If you do everything right and the barometric pressure and the bean grind, freshness and quality are spot on and you hit the mother lode of crema perfection, the skies open angels descend on golden rays of sunlight and all is right with the world. Take this time to forget the condition of the world and the pressures of existence and write an espressive review.

  • The best espresso in my life!

This moka pot is just GREAT! It does how it promises to do the coffe. For those who complaint about the bad results: i'm sure the coffee and the ground they're using is not the best. I do my own ground with ceramic manual grinder just to powder size, follow the instructions, and done. In next 2 weeks i'll get a flair and compare both espressos, but so far the Brikka exceed my expectations

  • Bialetti Brikka is good, but requires attention

I like the coffee out of this brikka so much! It requires strict following cooking instruction, but result is great. I use electric cooking surface, and set middle heat temperature. Note, if the heat is too low, you will get too much foam and it will spread out of top opening. If the heat is too high, amount of foam will be very little. It takes time to select optimal heat. Also it's very important to remove brikka from cooking surface in 2-3 seconds after it starts flowing coffee.

  • Awesome espresso

Great product, if you add Bustello coffee it makes the best espresso. If you wish to change the gaskets remember to use 6 cup size and not the 4 cup.

  • It's learning curve.

Keep the water level right under the pressure valve [bottom part]. Take it off the burner as soon as you hear the hiss. [couple seconds]. Pour right away. Those are the tricks. Totally beats the very expensive machines.

  • What happened to my crema

it's to small for me, it says it makes 4 cups? The rich crema it boasts about lasts about 3 seconds after you take it off the burner.
