I've had a very positive experience with this phone. I am not a gadget-oriented guy so I can't say how all the various features work and how they compare to the features of other phones. But in terms of basic features, this phone is all you could want.
It's just what it's suppose to be, a 2-line speaker phone with basic features. Does not support voice messaging (answering machine).
first, I bought the phone for a Key West friend whose own small business phone no longer functioned properly. He couldn't find a 2-line phone in the local area for less than $175 and he is computer illiterate. as soon as he told me I thought E-BAY & the phone was on the way to him in 2 days. He loves the phone; ; it works great; serves the intended purposeit's exactly what he needed and because of the nominal price I gave it to him as a gift for his hair salon.
Works very well.It is hard to find a 2 line cordless phone so I was happy to find this phone.I hesitated to buy a refurbished phone at first but I bought this anyway and it works fine. The Uniden phone is an excellent brand, one I have had at home and in wifes business for years.
Absolutely one of the best wireless 2-line phones you will ever use. Easy, uncomplicated controls and great operating range.
