Completely useless
It does not pick up and is unfortunately useless. It is just a toy type cleaner. I'm very sorry to say this as I don't like to make complaints. The firm I bought it from were good on service keeping me updated to when it would arrive and answered a problem very quickly. I would suggest that the firm look for a better American sweeper to sell. I stopped using it after the first go and put it in the wheelie bin and bought a different make from Argos which was delivered in two days. Cheap sweeper that doesn't work well
I am disappointed with the performance of this sweeper. It hardly picks up anything on carpets and nothing on bare floors. The roller positioned high and not lower to pick up debri. I still had to get out the vacuum to pick up crumbs. This sweeper just pushes the crumbs around. Don't waste your money. Very cheaply made. I should have bought a battery operated carpet sweeper. Big name small product

Don't waste your money
I found this sweeper difficult to move back and forth on carpet. I don't know if this is because of the design of the handle [it's a bit wobbly when you use it] or the brush inside. It also did not pick up well. I was trying to pick up dry cat food and I had to go over the spot 6-10 times to get it swept up. Works in carpet but now good on floor
I was surprised how much smaller it was than I expected. But t all fit together just fine. It works great on all my carpets and throw rugs. I was amazed what it picked up. I'm a bit disappointed on the the way it works in the floor but after realizing the box says carpet sweeper, I can't expect more than it does. By a Bissell it works better
I bought this because of the BRAND name ..... so misleading.. Like one of the other customer reviews .... It's more like a toy & you have to go over & over & over & over & over the carpet & then it still doesn't pick up. I had also bought a Bissell like this handheld carpet sweeper at the same time to see which one works better & the Bissell works SOOOO much better by far. SAVES TIME
