    There is so much to learn from Teresa's book, like correct body alignment little details it's hard to pick up even in her instructional part of her DVDs . You even get a free 15 minute DVD in the back of her book to help you get started plus pictures and experience of ones who have tried the T-Tapp experience and changed their lives. Although I've only been doing this a short time I notice I stand up straighter, I feel stronger,my energy is improving, and I'm not having all the back problems I did. Buy it and you be the judge.
