I was a little concerned at first when I received these mounts because they are all plastic. I bought two of them and put on my Motorcycle and my son's motorcycle. The part your phone goes in comes off of the base by sliding it off of 4 little pins. It makes it nice for installing but it comes off so easy we were afraid of it coming off going down the road, so we glued it on the 4 pins so it can't come off. We took a 400 mile trip and they did just fine. Held our Samsung Galaxy S5 phones right in place. So far so good.

Received a different model from pictured. Was looking to get clip mount like pic. Received one a lot larger and screw on Mount to handle bar. Not as easy to remove and replace from handle bar. Also sticks out from handle bar further, so it is closer to the rider. Would of liked the one pictured better. For I was going to use on different bikes.

Holds my phone on fairly well, but it requires a hair tie or rubber band to truly hold it in place if you're hopping curbs or riding off road on a bike. Also, on an iPhone 6, the plastic tab on the bottom, when extended all the way, blocks the headphone jack hole. I fixed it with some superglue extending it at 45 degrees instead of the full 90. It does the trick.

I one word I'd say Awesome ! But this phone mount can also be called reliable, stable, easy to install, and just right. I have a rather large phone called a "One plus one", it's about the size of an iPhone 6+, or a Samsung note 5, and this holder keeps it on my motorcycle handle bars at highway speeds (70+ mph). I bought two of these and gave the other to my friend who also installed it on his motorcycle. He has a Samsung Note 5. The mechanism has a little springy like feel when its fastened with the phone on it, and we were both sceptical, but one ride through the country and my buddy and I were totally convinced. Neither of our bikes have a windshield, so this mount holds these large phones while taking a beating from the wind at speeds that make the average person want to slow down (90 mph) on a cruiser through the country roads of Georgia.
