    bugs b gone

ok myself i really like my camo-fly 2.0 but flies are the only thing i dont shoot with it i was infested with cockroaches and bye the time you run to find a fly swatter they have run and hid but with my gun i can pick them off the wall at four feet and never leave my chair and the ONLY reason it didnt get a perfect rating was cuz they should have included the instructions on how to clean it when it jams but for me im lovin mine and there nothing better than seeing live bugs numbers dwindle and the dead ones pile up in the first two weeks i had to sweep my floor twice a day

    Okay not great.

This gun works, however, it is not as consistent as a brand new one. Many times the salt doesn't appear to fully load when pumped as it doesn't discharge but a few grains. I will note that the over all life of this product is not very long. This gun is my fourth one, the other 3 were bought brand new and failed after a few months use. I do enjoy these guns as I barbecue frequently and sit on patio daily. I don't diss this refurbished guns as I don't expect the same quality is new ones. I just hope they hold up a little longer.

  • Best toy on the market!

My dad got a Bug-a-salt about a month ago, before that I had never heard of them. The first shot I fired I was hooked, so I ordered one for myself. My neighbors and wife giggle at me as I'm skulking around my property, checking the fly hot spots, looking for flies to take out. With enough practice you can shoot flies out of the air, which is my favorite. I would reccomend this to people of all ages. I have zero remorse for the hundreds of flies I've destroyed thus far, but I do have a code to using the bug-a-salt, only flies and ants die by my hand. Don't be that arse hole shooting butterflies, spiders, moths or whatever other bug you may have in your area. Remember, the war on flies will never be won, they are everywhere in immense numbers, the same can't be said for other species. So please shoot responsibly. :) and enjoy. Also, if there is ever a malfunction where you feel you need to take it apart to fix it, it honestly isn't that hard to do. I left my action on overnight and my gear slipped inside the mechanism, and after some basic reverse engineering I was able to successfully tear it down and put it back togather with no more malfunctions. The gun is sturdy and pretty simple to work on. Debate no more, join the fight against flies!!!

  • Love it.

Haven’t seen a single fly since I took it out of the box. Seriously though, the camofly finish alone is almost worth the price even if the gun didn’t work. I have yet to determine if anything I’m shooting is actually dying or just being rapidly relocated.

  • Wowzers

I was blown away at how fast this shipped, it came to my door about 5 days early! The packaging of this product is amazing, although you will discard the box you will really enjoy opening this. The gun itself is really well built, and works flawlessly. In my opinion the camp version is the better looking version and worth the couple extra dollars. I will warn you though to not make the same mistake I made and GO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TABLE SALT BEFORE YOUR GUN ARRIVES! You will want to start shooting the moment this thing arrives. You will find yourself leaving your doors and windows open a little longer to invite some flies into your newly formed kill zone. Happy hunting my friends.

  • Everyone wamts to try it!

I purchased 2, should have gotten one for myself! Both people who received were ecstatic! The first question is WHERE are all the fly's? being winter theres NO targets? So we had to try it out on a hand, of course mine first, not to bad but to a fly I think its OVER! 2 very excited people, can't wait till spring for the fly invasion!

  • Throw away your fly swatter

Nat's that are so hard to swat not no more, shot them out flying or landed. Fly's take extra shots sometimes to put them completely down. Messing with the safety is a pain but I took it apart & removed it. Pump & shoot. There is a You Tube on how to remove it. Happy bug killings.
