Works great, but two small issues
The touch screen, the map information, and the voice recognition all work great. The user interface is fast and well designed. The suction cup mount holds on to the windshield securely. The screen is big enough and the speakers are loud enough. The "lifetime updates" mean that the map information will be updated regularly for at least a few more years. Problem #1: The device draws much more power than a regular USB device. When connected to a laptop, Windows shut down its USB port due to the unit's excessive power draw. But my tower computer has a more powerful USB that works fine. Once connected, I was able to install the map updates and software updates with no trouble. Anyone else with this problem might get around it by using a powered USB hub. Problem #2: The device comes with a traffic receiver, but does not come with the traffic antenna, which is built into the 12 volt power cord. So I won't get any live traffic updates unless I spend about forty dollars for a GTM 60 HD digital traffic receiver.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
