Created by producer Irwin Allen (LOST IN SPACE, THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE), this vintage show from the early 1960s follows two young scientists, Tony Newman (James Darren) and Doug Phillips (Robert Colbert), as they head up the ambitious government project Tic Toc. During a demonstration of their prototype for a time-travel portal, Tony impulsively tries it out, landing on the Titanic just before it sinks. Naturally, Doug dives in after him, and they get stuck in an endless adventure as they travel through time, hoping that eventually their colleagues will figure out how to retrieve them. Magnificent fiction series from the 60's. Plots and stories a bit naive, but they are entertaining and enjoyed a lot, especially for the performance of its protagonists and guests in each chapter. Color image quality is excellent, with superb resolution. As good as the current HD. The audio option to another language is an added value to this DVD pack. A fun old series
This is a fun old series. We're sad that it lasted only one season, but enjoy the season that it had. Volume 1 contains the first 15 episodes and Volume 2 contains the last 15 episodes.
