Yes it certainly does soak up the carbs and in no time will have those guns pumped and primed all day and night, the bulk it provides is excellent, and after the cycle take a good pct and you will retain a good 90%, just train moderate to hard go for reps and feel the pump, i hope this product never leaves the scene, also notice very little sides except what a little taurine and magnesium cant handle, i have added more solid mass since my last decent photo, cheers and bless you all re terry0400-40
