Very disappointing
I bought Pirelli's as I have had success with them in the past on this type of sports bike. I was, however, disappointed to find they are now made in Brazil and China as well as Germany. Chinese products I have used before are of dubious quality at best, and I am very sceptical of these tyres being of the same standard as the German made items. Their grip and durability remains to be seen and the "made in china" on the side does a lot to dampen any enjoyment of riding. As they are "genuine" Pirelli's I have no recourse for return and I am seriously considering writing them off, throwing them out and going to one of the other brands. It is indeed saddening to see such a reputable brand entrusting their credibility to a place where sub-standard workmanship is the norm and accepted as such. These will be the last Pirelli's I ever buy.
