    An interesting alternative view of addiction in general. This is a good, easy, even "fun", read - with plenty of personal stories. It's focused on the subject of alcohol, but is careful to explain that the substance isn't the problem. What this has to offer over most 12-steps type programs is "no God required". An odd aspect of this method of "rational emotive therapy" is the hint of possibly becoming a "normal" drinker once root cause is addressed...
