These hot/cold packs are great, I have only used them frozen. They stay cold for a long time, I actually use them on my back & leg for sciatic pain because they stay cold much longer than the ones designed for aches & pains. Of course they aren’t flexible once frozen, but I like the large size and they have suited my needs just fine. Shipped promptly and arrived in good condition.
