My husband and I absolutely love this Muesli cereal from Switzerland. It is a blend of all natural ingredients and is a wonderful source of fiber for us older mature adults. We cook it for a few minutes in some water with a little cinnamon added to it, until all of the liquid is absorbed and the cereal is nice and thick. Let it cool and then we add a bit of plain yogurt to each serving just before eating. Your imagination is the limit to what can be good added to it. We cook enough for a few days and store in the frig. Do not mix the yogurt in until you are ready to eat. Very satisfying for breakfast and keeps you from getting hungry, it sticks with you for quite a while. You may also eat without cooking by putting some yogurt, milk or what have you in with the cereal and let it absorb the moisture first prior to eating. Outstanding either way.Read full review

I like the abse4nce of added sugar, and it seems healthy mix compared to things like Cheerios, Corn Flakes, etc, though this said, I don't really know this for sure. It is relatively expensive per morning portion, but less so when bought online than at my neighborhood market in a Boston suburb which only has the smaller half-sized boxes.
