One side of the spinner pretty much refuses to spin with the wind due to the axle nut cover making contact with the spinner hub. The nut was welded off-center which caused one side of the decorative cover to contact the spinner hub. The pole was so weak, it bent during the second day it was installed causing the spinner to lay on the ground. After I straightened it out and reset the pole, it bent again the following night. I removed one section of the pole to possibly help reduce the stress on the pole. One side of the spinner moves reluctantly but does not rotate on its swivel. I will not be repeating the purchase and cannot recommend the unit.
