    glock extended mag release.

    I have bought and installed these in the past, and continue to do so with all of my glock pistols. the product is durable, and more importantly, you aren't fidgeting and fumbling around when the time comes to feed your pistol again. I have medium to large sized hands. I just push the button, and poof, there is the empty magazine dropping out like it wants out. the tactile feel of the release is a nice thing as well. I always know right where it is. and the best thing of all, I have NEVER mistakenly released a magazine when I was drawing from a holster, or re-holstering...ever. do yourself a favor, get one of these babies, and put it in. you'll be glad you did. you'll wonder why you hadn't done this before...the answer will be right in your hand. git some!!

    Does what it’s designed to do, but the cons outweigh the positives.

    It was easy to install. All you need is a small flathead screwdriver. I had it on 10 minutes before I swapped it back to the original. Having that extension out so far is asking for trouble while concealed carrying a firearm.

    It fits my Gen 3 Glock 19 well. It serves its purpose fine. The edges of the end that stick out were a little sharper than I wanted, but a couple seconds hitting the corners of it with some medium-fine grit sandpaper made it feel a lot more to my preference.

    Ease of manipulation.

    Protrudes well farther than original flush fitting release button-though almost too much. Can be easily filed or otherwise reduced for a more custom fit as it is a polymer fitting. Otherwise it certainly makes releasing the magazine much easier and efficient as one does not have to contort the hand around the grip to activate it.

    It's hard to beat OEM parts! This magazine release is great since it sticks out just a little bit further than the regular release does but not too far to get accidentally depressed in a holster or snagged on anything. Makes magazine changes quicker and easier for me.
