AAA+ Transaction, received order ahead of schedule. No snow yet here in New England so I can't provide an objective review. Assembly took my son less than 10 minutes. Static tested shovel in garage. Real fast auger spin, directional evacuation blades work with ease. Shovel is relatively light. I'll update this when it's put to work - looking forward to it. I only rated this unit a "GOOD" so I could get my message out. Once the practical use is made, I'll return and update this review with a fair and objective rating.

I used this snow blower for a very light snow, mainly just to try it out this morning. I found that it will throw the snow but it hangs on rough surfaces. My deck is older and the wood is not as smooth as when it was new. The snow blower "catches" on the wood making it hard to push. I also used it on my sidewalks. My walkways are made of poured concrete slabs. The snow blower hangs on every seam (crack). I believe this product will work fine for someone that is trying to remove snow that lives in a home with new construction.

Auger was locked up out of the box. I had to disassemble it and reposition belt pully to allow auger to rotate. Took me 3 hours to fix it. Quality Control missed this one at factory. Design is good and is easy to use and is effective in moving snow.

I don't know why people complained about the cord. I had no problem with it. I knew I wasn't purchasing a heavy duty blower, but this was just perfect for the job at hand.
