Not just for a"Minimalist"
Very lightweight compact option for your MSR. Tight fit with no rattles on my Milspec tube. Easy access lever for extending or contracting buttstock with very positive lock up. knock off, but not too bad
The price alerted me that this would be a knock off. The markings are very close (see photo- missing MFT logo on rubber butt pad) and the over all quality is not too bad. A few things prevent me from fully endorsing this replica. 1 too loose on the mil-spec buffer tube, 2 the position pin has too much movement (see photo- you can see the space around the position pin). Not MIL spec but still great
The stock itself is very high quality, it looks great and feels great, and is easy to get on. Only thing is its not MIL Spec it is a commercial stock, so it fits pretty loose on the MIL spec stock. Bought this for my ATI Omni Hybrid MAXX and absolutely love it. Just ordered the scorched dark earth one for my tan ATI Omni Hybrid MAXX. Perfect fit, no wiggle, simple to install. Nice fit
Better quality than original stock, by far. Easier of my shoulder and cheek. Quick disconnect for sling is nice, but I chose to use the slot which is perpendicular to the tube. I would have liked to have a quick disconnect in that area too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Counterfeit MFT Minimalist
If you're looking for a cheap, lightweight stock and don't care about scruples, supporting legitimate businesses, or quality, fit and finish, sure, this fits the bill at what seems to be a great price. Fit is sloppy, more wobble than the factory stocks or Magpul MOE. No telling if the polymer is as durable as the MFT claims to be. Weight comes in at 6.1 ounces. Just as good as the real one
